I had a serious problem with my iMac last week, when it started up the spinning wheel wouldn't stop and nothing would launch. As a designer I can't work without my mac. Anthony came out and within a couple of hours my mac was in full working order. Anthony was very friendly and helpful too - highly recommend!

Spilled coke over my Macbook Pro. it died immediately.Took it to Anthony at Bad Apples,it needed a new logic board. new one supplied and fitted for a lot less than i could purchase one for.Thanks Anthony will recommend you highly to all

My MacBook Pro was dropped on the floor and several components were damaged. Anthony has been extremely fast in identifying the faulty components and by the following day the computer was ready for collection. Overall I think this was an excellent service, as I never experienced before!

Had a problem with my trash can emptying by itself, and needed Windows Parallels put on to the machine.
I had read the reviews, and decided to give Bad Apples a call. I took my iMac to Anthony, who could not have been more helpful and professional, and when checking it over on arrival, even noted that my machine was running slower than he would have expected. Left it with him, and 24hrs later collected it and took it home, working quicker, with the problem solved and the new programmes installed. This guy knows his Apples (excuse the pun), and if I have any problems (touch wood) he will be my first call.

An old friend had shared Bad Apples page on Facebook, I had not seen any of the reviews but based my decision on my mates glowing report of Tony and his work. The link proved useful later in the year and I planned to go and see them as my MacBook started to run slow and sounded rather noisy. However time was not on my side and my MacBook refused to wake up just before Christmas.
I called and was advised and reassured by Tony, I wasn't in Birmingham at the time so took my Mac in about a week later.
Tony is a delightful guy, welcoming, helpful, felt he sympathised with my dilemma, gave jargon free advise and explanations and a fast professional cost effective timely service. He replaced and updated my hard drive and rescued my data from the old drive; then later got my internet connection sorted again (no extra cost) and has given advise and support since the initial repair. I cannot recommend him enough! I nearly hugged him with joy and relief :) but managed to restrain myself :)

I have an old G4, which I have worked to the point where it 'died' earlier this year. Since then I have desperately attempted to bring it back to life myself and failed. If I had not thought I could do the job myself and save money, I could have had my computer working months ago. It was in Bad Apples expert hands for just two hours and it was returned to me working perfectly. Thanks Bad Apples.

My computer decided to break just as I was finishing an essay for my degree. The thought of writing it again filled me with dread. Thanks to the fast service of Bad Apples I was able to get the computer fixed the same day. No hassle and jargon free advice. Much better than the so called 'Genius Bar' at Apple.

Honey Nightmare!

Through an unfortunate chain of events by Macbook Pro was submerged, right up and port side in honey in my laptop bag. The honey filtrated across most of the internal components including the battery pack and motherboard. After rushing the mac into the Apple store the genius's decided there was nothing they could do and that I would need to replace most of the internal components at a cost to myself - basically the price of a new one. I then called upon Tony who spent 4 hours cleaning the mac with special sprays and managing somehow to get the vast majority of the honey and sugar out of the mac. Within 24hrs I had my Mac back and touch wood it’s back to perfect working order - the cost was only for Tony’s time and it’s saved the Mac. Very disappointed with Apple Stores customer service and won’t be bothering them again unless the Mac fails under warranty. Cheers Tony! Thoroughly recommended and an all out nice bloke as well.
